Fifth Floor - This petite, modern French restaurant, open for breakfast and dinner, is the darling of critics around the Bay Area and the country, and usually has a long reservation waiting list. Palomar guests have an edge, however, as a number of tables are held for hotel guests. Tables in the bar area serve the full dinner menu.

This hotel has 198 guestrooms on Floors 5 through 9. Rooms are decorated with olive-and-brown fabrics, and feature signature leopard-print carpets. All rooms have double-paned, soundproofed windows. Bathrooms have granite countertops, full-length mirrors, designer toiletries, and two terrycloth bathrobes each.
